Job Description

Lead technical initiatives that are aligned with Capital One's business objectives, contributing to the development of large-scale products and platforms. Steer the strategy and execution of technically intricate, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with the company's priorities. Influence product roadmaps, conduct in-depth system design and architecture reviews, make informed technical trade-offs, and promote platform consolidation. Proactively identify and resolve critical technical dependencies, developing comprehensive mitigation plans. Engage in technology-focused discussions with senior leadership, offering valuable insights and recommendations to guide key technology decisions.

Qualifications

1. Hold a Bachelor's Degree. 2. Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in technical program management. 3. Demonstrate 9+ years of experience in designing and implementing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing techniques. 4. Have 5+ years of experience in constructing distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architectures, preferably with AWS. 5. Have 5+ years of experience in building and leading high-performing TPM teams. 6. Bring 5+ years of experience in developing highly scalable mobile products and platforms. 7. Have 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
