Join Medtronic Global Service & Repair (S&R) and contribute to improving health and extending lives! As the Senior Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for service delivery across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring excellent customer support. You'll drive regional execution in line with global S&R strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with global and regional leaders. You'll also oversee a distributed service organization and shape the future of service delivery in APAC by promoting operational excellence and setting industry-leading service standards.

Qualifications

1. Baccalaureate degree. 2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of managerial experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior relevant experience including 10+ years of managerial experience. 3. Ability to lead cross-functional organization in a multi-cultural matrix environment with teams located in multiple sub regions. 4. Ability to build strong partnerships across the organization and influence strategy and decision making. 5. Ability to build strong partnerships and represent S&R function with customers and external stakeholders (industry partners, regulators, other). 6. Strategic thinking to develop and execute S&R strategies.
