Senior Director, Product Management

Job Description

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Public Sector cloud services. Boost revenue by spearheading execution across teams. Manage and expand the product management function. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) centered on customer and business needs, and develop comprehensive business cases. Collaborate directly with sales teams and clients to bolster go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Possess 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Expertise in defining and executing product strategies specifically for the U.S. Public Sector. 3. Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and monetizing product lines, resulting in measurable revenue growth. 4. Experience leading product management initiatives within the U.S. public sector, focusing on cloud infrastructure and security. 5. Thrive in a matrixed organization, exhibiting clear communication and collaboration skills. 6. Experience in managing and mentoring individual contributors. 7. Customer-centric with a problem-solving approach. 8. Must have an active security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
