Senior Director of Info Governance Sales

Job Description

Join Lighthouse as a Senior Director of Information Governance Sales, focusing on acquiring and growing new clients while ensuring profitable growth through effective pricing and account targeting. You'll be the primary contact for clients, sales representatives, and consultants on Information Governance projects, providing accurate reporting and forecasts based on sales funnel plans and client activity. Drive thought leadership in Information Governance, identifying and scoping prospective engagements with clients, and leading Sales team interactions. Support clients in their use of M365 with Lighthouse consultants, develop use cases, mentor sales teams, and collaborate with service delivery teams. Travel to clients and attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree is essential for this role. 2. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of executive-level sales experience in the legal industry. 3. Additionally, 8 years of experience within the Microsoft and eDiscovery industry is required. 4. An excellent understanding of eDiscovery technologies and requirements is critical. 5. A strong knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery processes and concepts is necessary. 6. Proven success and a strong desire to consult with both clients and internal departments is expected. 7. Must be able to effectively project expertise and solve challenges while shaping strategic direction. 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for interacting with clients and internal staff. 9. A customer service-oriented demeanor, focusing on client satisfaction, is crucial. 10. Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure is essential. 11. Experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams is required.
