Job Description

Join DaVita as a Senior Director, Clinical Improvement, and lead crucial projects enhancing healthcare delivery. Oversee the entire lifecycle of pilot and GR projects, from design and planning to execution and monitoring, ensuring alignment with clinical strategies. Manage the clinical, deployment, and reporting aspects, driving cross-functional engagement to meet key milestones. Develop and implement deployment, communication, training, reporting, and change management strategies. Your expertise will ensure clinical duties adhere to quality standards, supporting DaVita's commitment to superior patient care.

Qualifications

1. Experience in hospital performance improvement or health plan/utilization management. 2. Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables in a fast-paced environment. 3. Understanding of clinical investigation methods and regulations. 4. Experience with Clinical Informatics and analytical tools (e.g., Cognos/Informatica). 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Mature public speaking and presentation skills. 7. Strong leadership skills in project, portfolio, program management, and organizational skills. 8. Bachelor’s degree required. 9. Master’s degree preferred.
