Job Description

Assume the role of the senior analytics leader, collaborating directly with Channel Marketing executives. Translate intricate channel performance data into actionable insights. Question presumptions and establish hypotheses. Present convincing, executive-level narratives. Oversee measurement frameworks, encompassing attribution, incrementality, causal inference, and experimentation. Spearhead analytics that inform targeting, bidding strategies, creative performance, spend allocation, and engagement patterns. Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of analysts. Employ AI/ML methods to pinpoint novel optimization levers.

Qualifications

1. Possess 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital analytics, or data-driven growth roles. 2. Exhibit a robust understanding of the modern data and mar-tech landscape. 3. Demonstrate a proven ability to design and operationalize advanced measurement systems. 4. Have deep experience partnering with channel marketing leaders. 5. Demonstrate hands-on experience with modern marketing and data ecosystems. 6. Display strong executive-facing communication and influence skills.
