Senior Director – Automation Engineering, Operational Technology

Job Description

Become a key player in automation execution for major manufacturing capital projects, from initial design to final startup. Ensure consistency and optimal performance of PLC, HMI, SCADA, batch, and MES systems. Conduct design reviews, actively participate in FATs/SATs, and contribute to commissioning/startup readiness. Define OT network architecture and hardware standards for manufacturing facilities. Collaborate with IT Network and Cybersecurity teams throughout project design and execution, fostering a secure and efficient environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, Automation, Computer, or related). 2. 10+ years of experience delivering industrial automation and OT solutions in manufacturing. 3. Proven experience executing large, complex capital projects. 4. Deep practical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, batch, MES, and industrial networks. 5. Strong experience working directly with system integrators and OEMs.
