Senior Digital Producer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to support all aspects of day-to-day project management, including ownership of project deliverables. Support agile product development workflow using Jira. You will manage interconnected workflows across UX, UI Design, Development, and QA. Ensure tasks are updated and properly assigned using project management tools. Maintain project momentum through task lists, meeting notes, and action items. You will manage and track project assets, help prepare presentations, and support onboarding. Manage freelancer & vendor invoicing, assist in developing estimates, and proactively improve workflow efficiency. You will also work with team members to problem-solve and follow standard project management processes.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years as a Digital Producer in a digital design agency. 2. Ability to manage and prioritize deadlines. 3. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 4. Clear communication skills with the internal team. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. 6. Team player with a positive attitude. 7. Experience with Google Workspace. 8. Experience with Jira is a plus. 9. Client-facing experience. 10. Agency experience, a plus. 11. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
