Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description

Join Experian as a Senior DevOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge AWS-based cloud platforms. Leverage best practices to ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and robust security. Continuously optimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency while enhancing resilience and reliability across distributed systems. Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using modern CI/CD pipelines. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, and Data teams to promote DevOps best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and artifact management tools. 2. Have 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering roles. 3. Demonstrate strong expertise in AWS services and Linux-based environments. 4. Exhibit proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages. 5. Have excellent communication skills. 6. Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). 7. Possess a strong understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and networking fundamentals. 8. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 9. Have experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
