Senior Data Analyst, Reporting
Job Description
Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to ensure data integrity and reporting quality. The role involves validating data across reporting outputs and source systems, identifying discrepancies in collaboration with the data engineering team, and ensuring all data is reviewed and verified before stakeholder distribution. Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, translating operational and clinical data into structured insights for non-technical stakeholders, and supporting recurring reporting needs. The analyst will maintain documentation, escalate inconsistencies, and work with divisional operations to understand reporting needs, contributing to broader BII reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Strong SQL proficiency in complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic. 2. Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). 3. 3-7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles. 4. Demonstrated experience working across multiple data sources and reconciling inconsistencies. 5. Strong attention to detail with a track record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies. 6. Ability to explain data clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders. 7. Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or multi-location environments (Advantageous). 8. Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Athena) or similar platforms (Advantageous). 9. Exposure to working alongside data engineering teams (Advantageous).
