Job Description
Provide exceptional customer support through email and live chat, addressing player inquiries efficiently and professionally. Assist players with account management, payments, bonus redemption, verification processes, and technical troubleshooting. Offer comprehensive support for both Sportsbook and Casino platforms. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings, including products, services, promotions, and operational procedures. Identify, assess, and escalate complex or technical issues as necessary. Ensure adherence to responsible gaming policies and regulatory standards in all support interactions. Propose feedback and improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a senior customer support role within the iGaming sector. 2. Strong understanding of sportsbook operations with hands-on industry experience is essential. 3. Casino experience is a significant advantage. 4. Familiarity with horse racing is desirable. 5. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. 6. Must reside in Europe and be available for B2B/contract work. 7. Excellent communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and effective multitasking skills are crucial. 8. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. 9. Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends (Monday to Sunday).
