Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Manager and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion. You'll achieve this through value-driven consultations and presentations, clearly demonstrating how current and potential clients can leverage Remote to meet their business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance on Remote's offerings and the evolving landscape of the globally distributed workforce. Your responsibilities will include identifying strategic opportunities, enhancing Customer Success capabilities, and building strong relationships across various Remote teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing. Furthermore, you'll share insights, promote development initiatives within the Customer Success team, and actively coach junior team members to foster their growth.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager. 2. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, large-scale clients (50+ employees). 3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong leadership and confidence in customer interactions. 4. Capacity to understand business needs and technical challenges, offering best practices and actionable solutions. Functional knowledge of Remote's services and platforms is essential. 5. A consistent history of fostering relationships with senior customer executives in enterprise or strategic accounts. Prior experience regularly engaging with various levels of leadership is required. 6. Ability to identify new business opportunities, including up-selling, cross-selling, and offering additional training. 7. Effective communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with Product, Sales, Operational, and Support Teams. 8. Experience in mentoring and guiding new team members. 9. Fluency in written and spoken English, with well-structured communication skills in both speaking and writing. 10. Experience working remotely is a plus.
