Senior Customer Success Manager – Cloud Public
Job Description
Become a key expert in T Cloud Public, applying your cloud knowledge to guide customers and boost business growth. Provide personalized advice to assist new TCP users or improve existing cloud performance through increased consumption and strategic upselling. Take a proactive approach to prevent customer churn, using data-driven insights and managerial skills to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Use your technical skills to enhance both customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to turn customer feedback into practical feature requests. Actively participate in T Cloud Public's vertical teams. Help optimize and refine Customer Success Management for TCP to achieve significant results. Offer feedback to strengthen our 'Service Excellence Culture' and enhance quality in all areas of TCP Customer Success Management.
Qualifications
1. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or professional certification. 2. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in IT architecture, cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and relevant cloud ecosystems. 3. AI knowledge is an advantage—help shape the future! 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills: build trust with customers and ensure outstanding service. 5. Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Rackspace offerings is helpful. 6. Experience with developer tools, APIs, and integration frameworks is highly beneficial. 7. Understanding of standardized services through platforms to deliver reliable technical solutions. 8. Demonstrated success in working with international teams and coordinating across different regions. 9. Cloud certifications - demonstrate your expertise. 10. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. 11. Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic and international assignments.
