Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver program implementation and administrative support to an Oregon-based non-profit. This role involves engaging with customers and contractors via phone and email on various topics, including residential, commercial, and renewable energy inquiries. Key tasks include maintaining databases, reviewing contractor submissions for program alignment, and providing expert guidance on policy interpretation to ensure compliance and participation. You'll also communicate and direct stakeholders to resolve disputed rebate claims.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience. 2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
