Senior Creative Designer

Job Description

Lead the creative journey from start to finish across digital campaigns, product marketing, social media, and brand initiatives. Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and video content for product features, landing pages, social ads, and email campaigns. Design assets for social media, paid media, presentations, and events. Animate product stories and feature launches, connecting with students, teachers, and parents. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and social channels. Advocate for creative ideas internally, ensuring well-executed, brand-aligned designs. Use AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

1. A strong portfolio showcasing creative work in brand and marketing, with a focus on motion and animation. 2. Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 3. Proven experience in producing motion graphics, animations, and video content, including product or explainer videos. 4. Excellent visual design skills in layout, typography, color, and composition. 5. Experience in a SaaS, tech, or digital-first environment. 6. Strong art direction skills and confidence in creative decisions. 7. Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote team. 8. Ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish. 9. Familiarity with AI animation tools is a plus.
