Job Description

Shape the content direction for ClickTech HUB, focusing on topic selection, formats, sequencing, and quality. Find content opportunities based on learner needs, managing a roadmap aligned with platform and business goals. Work with experts to grow a course selection that increases engagement and platform loyalty. Set standards for quality across all course types, from short lessons to detailed programs. Define the overall content plan, connecting content and channels to each stage of the marketing process. Set quarterly goals based on commercial targets, in partnership with the Marketing Director and Growth team. Lead the content pillar framework that informs production decisions across teams and channels. Use SEO strategies to guide content priorities, keyword targeting, and on-page optimization. Manage the production of content across blogs, videos, social media, email, landing pages, and in-app content. Create and review content. Manage the content calendar, freelancer relationships, and production budgets. Repurpose content across channels to maximize output. Use creators in the Marketplace to develop courses and promotional content. Curate creator content into campaigns and brand education. Build a customer review program, working with Customer Success and Product to capture testimonials and reviews. Define and track content KPIs, including organic traffic, course completion rates, and content-attributed conversion. Use GA4, SEO tools, and CMS data to inform investment decisions. Report to the CMO with recommendations. Line manage, setting briefs, reviewing output, running 1:1s and supporting their development. Manage a network of freelance writers, videographers, and editors. Establish editorial workflows and production standards. Work with Paid Media, Customer Growth, Product, and UX to align content. Collaborate with Product and Education teams to integrate content into onboarding and product experiences. Contribute to thought leadership, positioning ClickTech as a voice in AI, entrepreneurship, and growth.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in educational content, course creation or curriculum design. 2. 4-5+ years’ experience in Content Strategy, Course Creation, or editorial leadership roles. 3. Demonstrated ability to build a full-funnel content strategy from scratch. 4. Proven track record of using content to drive acquisition, engagement and retention in SaaS, EdTech, or subscription businesses. 5. Strong creative and editorial judgement. 6. Deep understanding of full-funnel content strategy and its impact on growth metrics. 7. Hands-on experience with Tracking tools, SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g. GA4), and content ops workflows. 8. Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools. 9. Experience managing and scaling content teams and external creators. 10. Demonstrated experience leveraging User-Generated Content (UGC) and external review platforms as a core part of the acquisition and conversion strategy. 11. Highly collaborative, data-informed, proactive and quality-obsessed. 12. Bonus: Experience working with creator economy, online education, or AI-driven platforms.
