Senior Consultant, Value Engineering – Public Sector

Job Description

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to address business-critical challenges for the Public Sector. This role involves understanding customer's AI strategy and translating requirements into innovative solutions. Responsibilities include participating in hackathons, prototyping, driving AI deployment at scale, and executing Proof-of-Value projects. Specialization in domains or industries will be required for scaling knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, defining AI roadmaps, and prototyping machine learning solutions. 2. Must have an understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration. 3. Should possess knowledge of business processes across sectors and translate business needs into AI use cases. 4. Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries such as LangChain, pandas, and PyTorch is essential. 5. Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders are needed. 6. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a Master’s Degree in a related field preferred. 7. Excellent communication skills in English and German are essential.
