Senior Consultant – Public Sector

Job Description

Lead the implementation process and deliver exceptional service to ensure optimal solutions for customers using Celonis technology. Transform customer data with SQL to create data models for process analysis. Design and implement innovative analyses and execution apps, enhancing them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining for process transparency and automation. Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and their root causes, suggesting improvement approaches. Quantify business and financial potential, presenting key performance indicators to management. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies, setting the foundation for long-term customer success.

Qualifications

1. Preferred location: Washington, DC. 2. 5+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related area. 3. Relevant experience in the Public Sector vertical is essential. 4. Must possess an Active Security Clearance valid for at least 18 months post-hire. 5. Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining. 6. Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact with customers to understand and interpret business processes. 7. Dedicated, visionary, and proactive in advancing Celonis Process Mining technology. 8. Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner. 9. A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
