Senior Consultant – D365 F&SC, SCM
Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you'll troubleshoot and resolve complex managed services issues within defined SLAs, ensuring minimal business disruption for clients. Your responsibilities include: - Reviewing inbound cases for effective triage. - Proactively following up and tracking work updates from both clients and internal teams. - Ensuring the timely progression of activities and clear communication of status updates. - Escalating critical issues as needed to maintain service levels. - Documenting enhancement request requirements in FDD documents and Azure Dev Ops (ADO). - Providing comprehensive solution training to clients and internal stakeholders. - Maintaining detailed records of support cases, resolutions, and customizations. - Coordinating with internal teams for a holistic view of customer efforts. - Leading weekly client status calls to share updates and prioritize tasks. - Assisting with project delivery tasks as required. - Overseeing Microsoft one-version updates and code deployments. - Delivering strategic internal initiatives, including process design, resource planning, and sales activities. - Completing quarterly Client Care initiatives to improve service delivery. - Staying updated on the latest D365 F&SC updates and recommending system improvements. - Mentoring associate team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing. - Adapting to different work shifts as needed to accommodate time zones.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. 3. Strong expertise in warehouse and production management processes. 4. Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330 post Feb 2024, or MB-330 plus MB-300 pre-Feb 2024). 5. Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related field. 6. Proven ability to collaborate within a virtual team across multiple time zones. 7. Ability to estimate enhancement efforts and drive solutions to completion. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues. 9. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions. 10. A highly motivated and self-driven approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks. 11. Effective multitasking capabilities to manage various issues simultaneously.
