Job Description

As a Senior Compliance Administrator, you'll be a vital part of the Compliance Corrections team, focusing on resolving and reporting non-compliance issues related to DSNP regulatory requirements, contractual duties, and company policies. Your responsibilities include: 1. Supporting the lifecycle of internal and external corrective action plans and associated reporting. 2. Collaborating with Product Compliance teams, Shared Services leadership, and market leaders to ensure timely issue resolution. 3. Working with compliance and business stakeholders to analyze root causes and develop effective corrective action plans. 4. Monitoring progress toward remediation and documenting key milestones in our GRC tool. 5. Identifying and escalating issues as needed. 6. Reviewing evidence to determine root causes and facilitate timely issue closure. 7. Assisting in the escalation of barriers faced by other Corrections staff. 8. Developing and refining corrections reporting to provide trend analysis for stakeholders and senior leadership. 9. Supporting the development and maintenance of corrections processes and tools. 10. Promoting integrity within the company by addressing non-compliance and meeting the requirements of government-sponsored health care programs. 11. Performing other duties as assigned and adhering to all policies and standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in compliance and/or regulatory roles within a health care or managed care setting. 3. Previous leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects. 4. 2+ years of compliance experience with DSNP products. 5. Strong Microsoft Office skills and data analytics experience. 6. Certification in HealthCare Compliance (CHC) is preferred. 7. Certification as a Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred.
