Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to advise HR partners and management on compensation policies, programs, and related matters. As a seasoned consultant, you'll conduct in-depth analyses of job roles, salaries, and organizational frameworks to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance. Develop and implement changes to compensation structures, aligning with strategic plans and budgetary guidelines. You will also be tasked with designing variable compensation programs, managing the annual performance review process, and providing guidance to junior team members. Your expertise will be vital in shaping competitive, compliant, and effective compensation strategies that drive business success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. 2. Preferred certification in Compensation. 3. Minimum of eight years of compensation experience. 4. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis. 5. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization. 6. Experience in forecasting and predictive analytics. 7. Automation experience to streamline processes. 8. Ability to provide data-driven recommendations. 9. Experience in compensation reporting and dashboard development. 10. Experience with Aon and Mercer surveys for benchmarking.
