Job Description

Movement Labs is seeking a Senior Communications and Marketing Director. This pivotal role involves partnering with the Development team to ensure donor-facing materials are grounded in consistent messaging. Responsibilities include developing the brand narrative, program stories, data context, and reusable assets. The director will translate complex research methodology into compelling narratives for funders and partners, building a content library of case studies and impact stats. They will develop and execute a thought leadership strategy, produce virtual events, and orchestrate Movement Labs' presence at conferences. The role also includes leading earned media strategy, supporting leadership with media training, and overseeing brand and website presence, as well as social media strategy. The director will manage and mentor a small team, providing clear direction and professional development.
