Join Myriad Genetics as a Senior Commercial Strategic Planning and Forecasting Manager, playing a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategies. You'll construct and oversee comprehensive commercial models for new product introductions, portfolio augmentations, and strategic growth ventures. Translate insights from epidemiology, eligibility, adoption, pricing strategies, payer dynamics, and reimbursement frameworks into reliable revenue forecasts. You'll update financial models with real-time data, ensuring alignment of model logic across all initiatives. Support monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles with precise volume and revenue projections. Incorporate real-world performance metrics to continuously refine forecasting accuracy. Develop scenario-based models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and pinpoint key drivers of variance against targets, offering structured explanations. Collaborate with Market Intelligence to integrate primary research and market sizing data, and align with Commercial Operations on field capacity assumptions. Partner with Finance to harmonize modeled outputs with P&L expectations. Support Product and PMO teams with financial modeling, develop impact models, and quantify financial risks associated with market dynamics. Enhance forecasting tools, support dashboard development, and drive modeling consistency across all initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Must have 7+ years in commercial operations, financial planning, or modeling. 2. Healthcare, biotech, or life sciences experience preferred. 3. Advanced Excel skills required. 4. Experience with financial planning tools like OneStream or Tableau is required. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets. 6. Experience building revenue models preferred. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 9. Experience supporting product launches preferred. 10. Familiarity with reimbursement and payer dynamics preferred.
