Job Description

Join Destinus as a Senior Commercial Partnership Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global partnership strategy. This involves enabling market access, aligning with sovereign interests, and scaling up industrial capabilities. Manage system integration partnerships to support NATO-aligned and customer-specific architectures, as well as capability partnerships focused on seekers, interceptors, networking, payloads, and critical subsystems. Oversee industrial partnerships and manufacturing alliances to drive scalable production, localization, cost reduction, and supply chain resilience. Support the evaluation, structuring, and commercial negotiation of joint ventures and long-term industrial partnerships, while also contributing to business cases for strategic initiatives like JVs and co-production in international markets. Analyze market trends, procurement frameworks, and the competitive landscape to identify partnership opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with defense primes, integrators, and sovereign industrial partners, developing account-level strategies aligned with commercial roadmaps and program milestones. Serve as a key commercial interface, ensuring trust and mutual value creation. Identify opportunities for partnership expansion, cross-selling, co-development, and new capability integration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance with product roadmaps, providing market feedback to enhance future product capabilities.

Qualifications

1. MBA or advanced degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. 10+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within defense, aerospace, or adjacent high-technology sectors. 3. Track record of structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements, joint ventures, or industrial cooperation deals. 4. Deep understanding of the European and NATO-aligned defense-industrial landscape, including procurement frameworks, offset requirements, and sovereign industrial policies. 5. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills in multicultural, multi-jurisdictional environments. 6. Experience with hypersonic, missile defense, advanced weapons systems, or dual-use technology programs and familiarity with export control regimes (i.e. ITAR, EAR, EU dual-use regulations) is an advantage. 7. Fluency in at least two European languages (English required. Preference for German, knowledge of French, or Spanish is an asset).
