Senior Commercial Account Executive

Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Commercial Account Executive and drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Expand our customer base and revenue by acquiring new clients. Act as a liaison between sales and proposal teams, managing RFPs. Lead discovery calls and deliver customized presentations. Represent and sell specific product offerings, including ROI, utilization, and network reporting. Attend industry conferences, utilize sales tools, and achieve your annual quota through collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree 2. 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup 3. BDR experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience 4. Knowledge of Google Office Suite 5. Strong understanding of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred 6. Proactive customer engagement approach 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills 8. Ability to travel up to 10% of the year 9. Client-facing experience with mid-to-large size clients 10. Top performer, collaborative, and thrives in a culture of accountability 11. Self-starter with the ability to build effective relationships 12. Obsessed with achieving goals
