Senior Collaboration & Support Engineer – Fixed Term, 6 Months

Job Description

Affidea is seeking a Senior Collaboration & Support Engineer to manage and optimize our enterprise collaboration tools. This role involves administering and maintaining platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint. Provide technical support to users, empowering them with training and resources to maximize their utilization of these tools. You'll enhance collaboration workflows through integrations and automation, while monitoring usage and performance to ensure an optimal user experience. This is a fixed-term, 6-month contract position where you'll be instrumental in streamlining communication and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

1. Must have 3+ years of experience in IT Security Services. 2. Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Services. 3. Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Information Technology is required. 4. Must be proficient in English (written and spoken). 5. 3–5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, endpoint management, or identity and access management roles. 6. Must be familiar with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
