Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee key aspects of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with established quality benchmarks. Collaborate with the Study Project Manager in guiding the cross-functional study team. Responsibilities include organizing Clinical Study Team meetings, providing regular updates to both the team and stakeholders about the study's progress, aiding in the creation of clinical study blueprints and related documentation, and assisting in the selection, management, and supervision of external vendors. Additionally, the role involves developing study-specific training materials for the team.

Qualifications

1. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification. 2. A background in nursing or a scientific field is preferred. 3. Registered Nurses with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, coupled with relevant experience, are also eligible. 4. A minimum of four years of experience in a Pharma-related or clinical research-related role is essential. 5. Must demonstrate a strong command of core and technical competencies. 6. Possess excellent communication skills. 7. Proficiency in standard business procedures is necessary. 8. Exposure to the entire study lifecycle, from initiation to completion, is highly desirable.
