Job Description

As a Senior Client Partner at MyFitnessPal, your mission is to cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients and strategic agency partners. Develop and implement account plans that boost revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and foster long-term loyalty. Provide expert guidance to clients on their advertising strategies, offering tailored solutions across MyFitnessPal to achieve their unique business objectives. Work closely with internal Ad Ops, Rev Ops, and Product teams to guarantee seamless campaign execution. Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, and effectively communicate results. Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, lead contract negotiations, and manage deal structures. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the advertising landscape.

Qualifications

1. Possess 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management. 2. Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships. 3. Have a strong grasp of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats. 4. Showcase excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. 5. Exhibit an analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms. 6. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 7. Experience working with clients in the Health, Beauty & Personal Care sectors, demonstrating the ability to build strategic relationships. 8. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or managing large-scale ad campaigns.
