Senior Campaign Manager/Planner
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to develop and oversee digital campaigns, ensuring top-of-funnel awareness drives middle-of-funnel engagement and leads to bottom-of-funnel conversions. This role involves monitoring campaign performance across all channels and translating metrics into executive-level reports. The ideal candidate will understand and optimize the hybrid multi-touch journey and design and lead A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Qualifications
1. Proven ability to map digital tactics to specific stages of the buyer’s journey. 2. Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform-native tools (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). 3. Ability to analyze spreadsheets and provide actionable insights related to the bottom line. 4. Strong understanding of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio). 5. Experience with pixels, tagging, and tracking to ensure data integrity across the entire funnel.
