Senior Business Technology Analyst

Job Description

Assume the role of lead software owner for digitalDONOR, the OPO Partner Portal, the Azure-based AI tissue donor screening platform (MyDonorServices Screening Center), and other systems as developed, representing clinical and business needs to the IT and AI teams. Manage all Technology Vendors utilized by Donor Services (DS) and Donor Information (DI) by serving as the main contact, handling relationships, service performance, and SLAs. Ensure technical implementation and testing by coordinating cross-functional teams to validate logic and outputs, and UAT testing. Collaborate within a cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration and fulfill clinical needs. Promote continuous process improvement by leading and supporting projects, including project plan development, timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication. Administer the OPO Partner Portal by overseeing configuration, performing minor updates, and implementing workflow improvements and enhancements. Develop SharePoint solutions and other low-code business tools for DS/DI. Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for clinical applications. Conduct builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Develop and deliver training for employees and partners on owned/contracted software. Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures related to software systems. Facilitate change control processes in accordance with quality system requirements related to software. Lead investigations for non-conformances related to assigned software systems. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, a Lifesciences field, or a Healthcare-related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, healthcare technology, and regulated industry environments. 3. Solid background in clinical chart review, medical record auditing, or clinical data analysis. 4. Experience working within a Quality management system (QMS) and a change control environment. 5. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems and vendor-supported platforms, AI-enabled systems or clinical decision support tools, portal administration and user access management, systems integrations, Sharepoint development and workflow automation experience. 6. Ability to conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
