Job Description

Lead technical and operational oversight of D365 F&O, encompassing architecture, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems like CRM and HRMS. Innovate custom scripts and automation to boost system functionality and business efficiency. Conduct code and process analysis to identify optimization opportunities. Swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability. Develop D365 F&O enhancements, focusing on finance, supply chain, and master planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable specifications. Utilize data insights to drive continuous system and process enhancements. Create detailed process models for informed design decisions and effective training. Provide tier-2 support for complex system issues, collaborating for resolution. Spearhead cross-functional system projects, from design to deployment. Oversee vendor activities, ensuring standards, timelines, and quality. Manage systems within SOX frameworks, ensuring compliance. Balance priorities, assess impacts, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field. 2. Over 8 years as a Business Systems Engineer. 3. 5+ years supporting D365 F&O, including module configuration and user enablement. 4. 3+ years working with finance and operations, optimizing business processes. 5. 2+ years in programming (C#, PowerShell, Python) and API-based system integrations. 6. Experience with enterprise applications (Salesforce, ADP, Workday). 7. Familiarity with automated testing tools in a D365 setting. 8. Understanding of data management and system integration. 9. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and compliance frameworks (ITIL, SOX, Lean). 10. Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
