Join our team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and drive collaboration between business and IT stakeholders. Translate intricate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications. Gather and validate business/technology needs to establish project scope and parameters, defining impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Analyze requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility, ensuring adherence to standards. Convert conceptual user needs into clear functional requirements for developers and project teams. Develop systems and business process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers and the project team. Communicate changes and enhancements of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders, enhancing overall project alignment and success.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) 2. 4-6 years of related experience 3. Desired skills: Power BI, ServiceNow, SQL
