Job Description

As a Senior Business Coach, you will support up to 60 entrepreneurs in scaling their companies. You'll pinpoint business bottlenecks, create strategic roadmaps that are clear and actionable, and challenge strategic decisions. Furthermore, you will monitor execution and performance, contribute to enhancing coaching frameworks, and help develop new strategic tools and content.

Qualifications

1. Must have over 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, business coaching, or entrepreneurship. 2. Demonstrated experience supporting companies through periods of growth. 3. Possess strong strategic analysis capabilities. 4. Exhibit a strong results-oriented mindset.
