Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Become part of the team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll take ownership of the full functional workflows connecting Salesforce, its mobile version, supporting middleware, and SAP systems. Your expertise will be essential in converting intricate business challenges into easily understandable functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation scenarios. You'll analyze current system performance using various reports, dashboards, and custom data analyses. You'll also spearhead test planning and execution across both web and mobile platforms, working alongside business testers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to confirm real-world applications. As a key point of contact for critical production issues, you'll ensure clear communication with business stakeholders regarding status, impacts, and planned actions. You will also construct and assess Salesforce reports and Power BI outputs to keep a close watch on transaction volumes, spot patterns, and identify any irregularities.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business, or a similar area is essential. 2. Have at least 2 years of professional experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Mobile, ERM, ERP, and other business-related applications. 3. Proven ability to manage UAT, resolve production issues, and obtain business sign-offs. 4. Ability to thoroughly analyze data discrepancies and system behavior is crucial. 5. Salesforce Admin certification is preferred. 6. Experience working in an Agile Development environment is highly desired. 7. Understanding of incident/change management processes is necessary.
