Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Sherweb is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify business needs and define solution paths. Responsibilities include documenting and validating business and functional requirements, facilitating workshops to align on goals, developing workflows, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and communicating proactively with stakeholders. The role also involves evaluating solutions, developing implementation plans, and ensuring alignment with business requirements to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

1. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. 2. Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling. 3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. 4. Proficiency in French is an asset. 5. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. 6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 7. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis. 8. Experience working with enterprise customer engagement and service platforms, such as CRM and ticketing/case‑management systems. 9. Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies. 10. Business analysis certifications (CBAP and/or PMI-PBA) are an asset.
