Job Description
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather, scrutinize, and chronicle business requirements. Chronicle current state and future state processes, workflows, and system interactions. Highlight data compliance and regulatory considerations during requirements gathering. Conduct fit-gap analyses and advise stakeholders on system capabilities and potential solutions. Convert business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT Solution Design & Delivery. Bolster solution design reviews and contribute input on business feasibility, process impacts, and dependencies. Spot opportunities to amplify processes through AI and automation enablement. Team up with IT to corroborate that system solutions align with approved requirements and business processes. Devise, deliver, and uphold assets such as training materials, job aids, and enablement sessions. Spearhead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case creation and defect tracking. Coordinate testing efforts with HR business users and technical teams. Oversee testing and validation of new features delivered through Workday semiannual releases and ServiceNow updates. Aid with go-live readiness, deployment activities, and post-implementation validation. Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and IT development team. Proactively observe and back the resolution of intricate incidents and service tickets in partnership with IT. Be flexible with your working hours to accommodate the APAC time zone.
Qualifications
1. Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience. 2. Have at least 3 years as a business analyst supporting HR technology at a complex global organization. 3. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. 4. Have hands-on experience with supporting solution builds within Workday HCM. 5. Direct ServiceNow HRSD experience is a plus. 6. Have demonstrated experience with gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 7. Have demonstrated ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT development teams. 8. Possess workflow process design experience using flowchart software such as Visio or Figma. 9. Have experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments. 10. Have a strong understanding of HR business processes across the employee life cycle. 11. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
