Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Join CDW as a Senior Business Analyst and collaborate with stakeholders and the Services & Solutions process team to clarify project requirements and business objectives. You'll gain a deep understanding of business problems, working with the technical team to develop resolutions. Key responsibilities include decomposing business problems, capturing stakeholder pain points, performing data analysis to validate opportunities, and implementing new processes. You'll also perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, prepare supporting documentation, and participate in system test plans. This role requires driving alignment between project objectives and organizational strategies, serving as an internal consultant, and building strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in finance, data analytics, management consulting, business strategy, or process improvement. 2. Experience in process definition, including facilitation, documentation, and improvement. 3. Technical experience with Certinia. 4. Fluency in Agile methodology. 5. Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, defining features, and mapping dependencies. 6. Collaborate with Agile teams in Lean-Agile practices. 7. Own and coordinate the Team or Program Backlog, refining features and stories. 8. Participate in system demos to showcase incremental value. 9. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 11. Strong understanding of financial processes & concepts. 12. Critical thinker & creative problem solver. 13. Data-driven mindset. 14. Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. 15. Critical attention to detail. 16. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 17. Master’s Degree (a plus). 18. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (a plus). 19. Experience with SAFe Agile (a plus).
