Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
Engage in complex research and analysis to bolster business operations. Key responsibilities include: - Eliciting and shaping requirements for projects across departments and the company. - Ensuring clear communication and validation of requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts. - Leading and implementing business readiness activities, with a focus on communication strategies. - Creating new processes and specifications for system updates and recommending effective solutions. - Designing and executing post-implementation audits to incorporate customer feedback.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree. 2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a related field. 3. Alternatively, over 7 years of experience in a similar field may be considered in place of a degree.
