Job Description

Own Content Strategy and Editorial Direction Build and manage the content strategy across the funnel, aligned to company goals, ICPs, and GTM priorities. Translate business priorities into clear content themes, narratives, and formats. Plan and prioritize content across channels such as: website and landing pages, blog and SEO content, lifecycle and email content, lead generation assets, social media content, webinars, reports, guides, and case studies, sales enablement content Maintain a strong editorial point of view and ensure our content is relevant, useful, and differentiated. Help shape how Insense is perceived in the market through messaging, tone of voice, creative consistency, and storytelling. Own or lead the production of content assets that support awareness, conversion, retention, and expansion. Write, edit, or oversee these assets with a strong focus on clarity, relevance, and business impact. Own the end-to-end workflow of content creation, from idea to brief to production to publishing. Partner closely across the team to create content and collateral that supports customer conversations, objections, and enablement needs. Conduct ongoing research into customer pain points, industry trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities to shape the editorial calendar and content priorities. Track content performance and use insights to improve future output. Reimagining brand narratives and streamlining content delivery.

Qualifications

1. +4-7 years in content marketing, brand marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or tech-enabled services 2. Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences 3. Able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution 4. Experience building content programs that support business goals, not just publishing for the sake of it 5. Strong editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives 6. Comfortable managing freelancers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders 7. Organized, proactive, and able to run multiple projects without losing quality 8. Good understanding of how content supports SEO, demand generation, lifecycle, sales enablement, and brand building
