Job Description

Join TELUS Health as a Senior Bilingual Business Analyst and Practice Lead, where you'll translate business needs into detailed specs and contribute to high-level designs. You will also design software solutions aligning with architecture and technical roadmaps. Collaborate with developers to define functional specifications and ensure system modifications. Provide technical leadership during incidents, design user-friendly solutions, and break down development elements into user-beneficial increments. Team up with the software product owner and partners, document designs, and support delivery teams. You will also manage and mentor a team of business analysts, foster collaboration, and ensure collective success in a matrix structure.

Qualifications

1. A degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in business analysis or expertise in managing complex systems. 3. 5+ years of experience in team management, facilitation, or mentoring analysts. 4. Experience with CRM solutions, pension/benefits systems, or enterprise systems. 5. Excellent synthesis ability and ease in understanding technical concepts. 6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use common IT technologies. 7. An agile mindset and knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies. 8. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
