Job Description

Take the lead in the technical evolution of our data platform at Cint. Own the design and implementation of our Databricks Lakehouse. Drive the migration of complex legacy SQL into governed pipelines. Govern Databricks compute footprint to maximize performance. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate processes. Architect the semantic layer for self-service reporting. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years in Data Engineering or Data Architecture 2. Deep, hands-on experience in the Databricks ecosystem 3. Expert-level SQL and distributed computing skills 4. Experience in query optimization and data platform migration 5. Proven experience building data transformation workflows 6. Strong command of dimensional modeling 7. Hands-on Unity Catalog experience 8. Fluency with Delta Lake internals 9. Hands-on experience with a modern BI semantic layer 10. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
