Job Description

Become a Senior Benefits Consultant and guide customers through designing benefits packages, helping them select the right plans for their teams. Take ownership of the end-to-end enrollment process, accurately submitting insurance forms on time. Maintain current systems with accurate health insurance information to prevent downstream issues. Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues. Build and refine internal processes for enrollment accuracy. Solve complex benefits challenges that arise between carriers, platforms, and regulations. Manage the client lifecycle at renewal, assisting with option selection and open enrollment.

Qualifications

1. Hold an active Life & Health broker license. 2. Possess experience selling or administering small group benefits across multiple states, focusing on SMBs and startups. 3. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail to build resilient systems and processes. 4. Have deep customer empathy, prioritizing customer needs over personal ease. 5. Communicate clearly and directly, explaining complex benefits decisions in plain language. 6. Be in the top 5% of your peers.
