Join Kolsquare as a Senior Backend Developer and play a pivotal role in shaping our SaaS platform. You'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs utilizing Ruby on Rails. Your expertise will drive the implementation of new features, writing clean, efficient code, and ensuring the application's scalability and performance. Contribute to key backend architecture decisions, enhance system scalability, and optimize database queries and search capabilities through Elasticsearch. Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features. Engage in code reviews, uphold testing standards, and contribute to our CI/CD processes, reinforcing best engineering practices within the team.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments. 2. Proven ability in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs. 3. Practical experience with Elasticsearch or similar search systems. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases (MySQL preferred) and optimizing queries. 5.
