Senior Backend Developer – Remote

Job Description

Join our backend team as a Senior Backend Developer and tackle diverse development challenges. Your key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing robust, scalable services to ensure high uptime and meet scalability needs. Writing and maintaining comprehensive tests to improve software quality. Automating recurring tasks to streamline operations. Designing and communicating innovative API features.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience in designing and developing backend applications. 2. Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages. 3. Extensive development experience with Python. 4. Familiarity with Java or C/C++ projects is advantageous. 5. Strong adherence to coding principles and best practices. 6. Comprehensive knowledge of web and backend technologies, especially asynchronous programming and caching. 7. In-depth understanding of relational databases, preferably MySQL. 8. Experience with Docker. 9. Knowledge of container orchestration systems is a plus. 10. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and deliver results. 11. Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
