Senior Backend Developer – Node.js, PIX
Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build robust and secure systems. Develop and deploy backend systems using Node.js, adhering to best practices. Build scalable RESTful APIs, emphasizing PIX and financial systems. Collaborate within a microservices architecture using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct technical analysis of business requests with analysts and business teams. Ensure technical quality, performance, and security in production and staging. Document systems technically and architecturally. Mentor the team in development, testing, and architecture best practices. Contribute to the evolution of architecture and technical standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field. 2. Expertise in Node.js with Express (ES6 or later). 3. Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful principles, and design patterns. 4. Experience with MongoDB (including complex aggregate queries) and relational databases (SQL). 5. Proficiency in messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ. 6. Knowledge of unit and integration testing, code quality, and tools like Sonar. 7. Familiarity with version control using Git and GitFlow. 8. Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Sonar, automated pipelines). 9. Understanding of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming. 10. Adherence to Clean Code and refactoring practices. 11. Experience with PIX, the financial sector, or payment systems. 12. Advantageous: Experience in financial, banking, or high-volume transactional systems. 13. Knowledge of information security and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
