Job Description

Support and manage recruitment tasks for aviation-related positions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, managing offers, and helping with onboarding. Work together with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create recruitment plans. Develop talent pools and keep candidates interested.

Qualifications

1. Proven recruitment experience. 2. Strong communication abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. 4. Experience in aviation recruitment is a plus. 5. Good knowledge of sourcing methods, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
