Senior Associate Attorney – Business Immigration Law

Join WR Immigration as a Senior Associate Attorney and focus on business immigration law. This role involves: * Analyzing and advising clients on business immigration options to meet their needs. * Maintaining clear and prompt communication with clients throughout the application process to provide ongoing support and ensure compliance with immigration program requirements. * Managing and working with support staff to accurately prepare and file applications. * Ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of cases. * Supporting clients and staff by addressing questions during the filing process. * Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A valid membership in the relevant Bar association. 2. 8-10 years of experience in business immigration. 3. In-depth knowledge of various case types, including NIV (H-1B, TN, L, E, B, etc.) and IV (PERM, IV, AOS). 4. A proven history of success in a fast-moving, high-volume setting. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 6. Strong organizational capabilities. 7. Experience in independently handling multiple competing priorities. 8. Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
