Senior App and Frontend Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior App and Frontend Developer to lead the development of our web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable frontend applications using React and modern frameworks. Additionally, you will develop hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and Capacitor. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences. You will also define and implement frontend architecture, standards, and best practices. Ensuring responsive, performant, and accessible UI across devices and platforms is a key aspect of this position. As a senior member, you'll support and mentor other engineers within the team, evaluate and introduce modern frontend technologies and AI tools to improve development efficiency. Working closely with backend systems to integrate APIs and services, and driving technical decisions while contributing to project planning and delivery will be essential to your success.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in React for building production-grade applications 2. 5+ years of experience with Angular (including version 15+) in production environments 3. Strong knowledge of CSS frameworks and modern UI development practices 4. Experience using AI tools to support software development workflows 5. Strong experience with Ionic (7+) and Capacitor for hybrid mobile development 6. Proven experience leading frontend development efforts or technical delivery 7. Strong understanding of application architecture and UI performance optimisation 8. Ability to take ownership of frontend delivery in a small team environment 9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 10. Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with small teams 11. Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to technical discussions
