Job Description

Join CVS Health as a Senior Android Engineer and play a vital role in enhancing healthcare management through cutting-edge software development. You'll be involved in contributing code and tests that align with the product team's objectives. Your responsibilities will also include continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing support for our application in production. An essential part of the role is to identify opportunities to improve the application's stability, performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Qualifications

1. Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Android application development. 2. Demonstrate 4+ years' proficiency with Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK. 3. Have at least 3 years' experience using Git/Github. 4. Show 1+ years' experience with Jetpack Compose. 5. Exhibit a solid understanding of core libraries, application framework, and Android architecture. 6. Have experience in multi-threaded programming using Kotlin coroutines. 7. Have experience writing unit tests. 8. Demonstrate knowledge of MVP and MVVM patterns. 9. Be familiar with Agile/SAFe software development methodologies. 10. Knowledge of Android accessibility features. 11. Experience working with designers to implement UI. 12. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Circle CI.
