Senior Android Development Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Android Development Consultant to design and develop scalable Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns like MVVM. You'll apply SOLID principles, ensuring high code quality with Gradle and unit tests (JUnit, Mockito). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical and architecture discussions, and mentoring other engineers to promote best practices.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin. 2. Practical knowledge of modern Android architectures (e.g., MVVM) for scalable applications. 3. Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and Gradle-based projects. 4. Hands-on experience with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito. 5. Track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams. 6. Experience in mentoring engineers and presenting technical concepts. 7. (Bonus) Reactive programming experience (RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines / Flow). 8. (Bonus) Expertise in UI automation testing (Espresso). 9. (Bonus) Familiarity with Continuous Integration (e.g., CircleCI).
